Healthy hair must have an overlapping inner cuticle that keeps your strands together.
Your hair can become damaged if these scales fall apart, leading to dryness and separation. As a result, breakage, frizz, and other symptoms occur.

How do identify that your scalp is weak?

You can check whether your hair is weak by gently pulling it at both ends. The hair is considered weak if it breaks easily.

You can also examine hair strands by wrapping some around your finger and checking for lifted ends. The presence of too many lifted ends indicates that the hair is weak and damaged. Also, read solutions for hair loss at https://journals-times.com/2022/09/22/i-am-losing-my-hair-what-should-i-do/
